Villas at Crystal Court Renovations

The first Villas at Crystal Court residents in South Sioux City, NE have started to move into their newly remodeled homes. Gertrude and Elva just moved into their newly remodeled homes and love the new look. “We appreciate Excel for investing in our community” – Gertrude. In the remodel the following were added/upgraded: Vinyl floor, new carpet, new appliances, new cabinets, walk-in shower, new bathroom vanity, new bathroom medicine cabinet, new patio door and screen door, new doors, new, windows, and new 30 gallon water heaters.
