Wildwood II and East Side Housing Awarded Affordable Housing Tax Credits in Oklahoma

On November 17th the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency awarded the following to Excel Development Group Projects:

Affordable Housing Tax Credits

• Wildwood II, a 12-unit multifamily development, will be constructed at Benton and Electra Ave., Sayre
• East Side Housing, a 64-unit multifamily development will be rehabilitated at E. 3rd and Booker St., Broken Bow

HOME Investment Partnership Funds

• East Side Housing, new construction of four units of multifamily rental housing
