Spring Yard Care

It’s getting to be the time of year when the itch to work outside is fast approaching. Excel just wants to remind you that flower pots and decorations are allowed in the rock gardens around the home. Shepherd hooks for hanging plants are also allowed in the rock gardens. Please do not hang any plants or decorations from the gutters or ceilings outside.

Our lawn care companies will soon be starting spring cleanup, removing leaves, debris and trimmings, where needed. Excel would like to thank all our tenants for your efforts in enhancing the properties curb appeal.
