People with the HCCP designation have knowledge and understating of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, which provides safe, decent, and affordable rental housing for many American families.
People with the HFCS designation have knowledge and understanding of HOME Funds Compliance. HOME is a federal block grant program that provides funding to states and localities to be used exclusively for affordable housing activities to benefit low-income households.
