Ammy is the Compliance and Leasing Director. Ammy has oversight of the compliance and leasing staff and is responsible for compliance from all funding sources including, but not limited to LIHTC, HOME, Trust Funds and AHP. She is involved in all steps of the project lease-up, ongoing occupancy and property compliance.
