Effective immediately, all Community Buildings that Excel manages will be closed until further notice. If you need to reschedule your reservation for a community building please contact Peggy at 402-434-3344. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Excel takes the health and safety of our residents above all else.
Excel Development Group takes the health and safety of our residents above all else. With that being said, effective immediately, any minor routine maintenance for properties that Excel manages will be deferred until further notice. Excel will note the issue and defer it to a future date. If you have any questions, please call Jeff, Maintenance Director, at 402-434-3344. For emergency maintenance issues outside of regular business hours (M-F from 8 AM – 5 PM), call 402-525-3226. Emergency maintenance refers to a furnace not working, a significant water leak, etc. Please alert Excel before having someone responds for an emergency maintenance issue if you have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19, have recently traveled from an area with widespread or ongoing community spread of COVID-19, or experience the following symptoms: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) – Symptoms https://ecs.page.link/seSfu. Excel Development Group will not be hosting supportive service onsite meetings until further notice. Supportive services are still ongoing; there just won’t be the usual monthly meetings until further notice.
