Each home includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms with ample closets, laundry area with washer and dryer, walk-in shower with safety bars and retractable seat. Amenities include all appliances, mini-blinds, attached garage and a beautiful community center for the residents to enjoy.

Overall development costs totaled approximately $3.2 Million. The funding sources for this project included Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME funds from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, FHLBank-AHP funds, and long-term permanent financing. The interim and permanent loans were provided by Horizon Bank.

Construction was completed in June 2011 Rosewood Estates II is currently lease up.
